Annual General Meeting

30th October 2025

Join us for the Annual General Meeting!

This year’s AGM comes at a time when the countryside is facing unprecedented pressure. From large-scale development plans and mega solar proposals to transport infrastructure and nature recovery strategies, the countryside is at the heart of major decisions. These issues affect not only the character of our rural spaces, but also their accessibility, biodiversity and long-term sustainability.

At the AGM, we’ll share how we’re using the planning system to stand up for the countryside – ensuring that change is thoughtful, balanced and rooted in the needs of both people and nature. You’ll hear about our recent work, our vision for the future and how you can get involved in protecting the places we all love.

Whether you’re a member or simply someone who values open skies, green fields and thriving rural communities, this is your chance to connect, contribute and help shape a countryside that works for everyone – today and for generations to come.

Date: Wednesday 26th November 2025

Time: 7pm onwards

Location: Norfolk Arms, 2 Ringinglow Village, Sheffield, S11 7TS
