Financial Administrator Role

CPRE Peak District and South Yorkshire is looking for a financial administrator for the charity.

Key Role – administration of the finances of a small charity

  • Maintain QuickBooks for the charity
  • Pay roll and payment of invoices and bills
  • Assist in the preparation of annual accounts (with our accountants)
  • General office administration and reception as required
  • Occasional support to events like our AGM

Essential skills – Proficiency with QuickBooks or a similar online accounting tool and experience of financial administration of a small charity or business

Location – our office in Sheffield (S2 2SF)
Working hours – in office with the staff on a Thursday
Contracted Hours – One working day per week / 7hrs per week
Salary – £15 per hr (paid via invoice)

We are a small charity that has been working hard to protect the landscapes of the Peak District and South Yorkshire for over 100 years – the applicant will ideally have a passion for the protecting these places too.
